Before your request
Check the exact option, pricing unit, inclusions, supplements, participation conditions and meeting point. Reference prices and requested dates do not guarantee a provider’s availability or the final price.
Your confirmation
A request with a CTM-D reference remains pending until its tracking page says “Confirmed by the team”. Receiving a request does not guarantee the price or availability. Only an explicit confirmation describing the services, price and conditions validates a booking. Keep your summary; no payment is collected online.
Changes and cancellation
Conditions depend on the service and must be confirmed before you agree. Terms, benefits and promotions quoted from a third-party source do not automatically apply to Come to Marrakesh. Contact the team with your reference to request a change or cancellation.
